Request Support or Report A Bug

Many support queries and technical questions already answered in this documen​tation and comments from previous buyers.

The Item Support Period

The Conj - eCommerce WordPress Theme is a supported item by default and includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date. During those 6 months, our team is expected to be available to provide the item support services and answer your general questions about the item and how to use it.

If you’re about to purchase the Conj - eCommerce WordPress Theme, you’ll have the option to purchase extended item support, increasing the item support period up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Item Support Includes:

  • Availability of the author to answer questions.

  • Answering technical questions about item’s features.

  • Assistance with reported bugs and issues.

  • Help with included 3rd party assets.

Item Support Does NOT Include:

  • Customization services.

  • Installation services.

  • Support for outdated version of the theme.

  • Hosting, server environment, or general WordPress troubleshooting.

Can I Renew My Item Support?

If you have less than 6 months remaining on a support item you’re eligible to renew your support. For more information about Item Support renewals, please see Extending and Renewing Item Support.

How To Contact For Support?

The only and easiest way to receive support is to leave a comment on the item page here. Make sure to check the box to receive an email notification, this way you can quickly click on the email and view our response.

Requests received via author contact form, email, Twitter or Facebook will take much longer time to process or can be not addressed at all!

  2. From the item page click the Comments tab.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and type your comment/question.

  4. Then, click Post Comment.

Comments are moderated by the theme developers.

Comments are public, so please do not share any personal information such as WordPress admin credentials or FTP access via this form.
